The chevron pattern (left) was used in quite a few consoles and tombstone style radios (such as the 16B) of the mid 1930s as well as the famous Radiobars, which were mostly built using Philco chassis. It came in a few style and color variations.

Some consoles such as the 38-4 and 38-116 with a slant front (e.g. 'no stoop, no squint, no squat') used this more elegant version of the chevron pattern.

This tapestry pattern was used in the very popular Philco 87 console. The reproduction is printed on a very fine poly-silk fabric.
